Lowball Sweepstakes — Official Rules

These rules apply to Lowball monthly sweepstakes promotions. Specific prize, dates, and any region-specific changes are listed in the in-app sweepstakes panel for the active month and control over any inconsistency below.

1. Sponsor

Lowball (the "Sponsor"), operating https://lowball.it. Contact: play@lowball.it.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of jurisdictions where such promotions are permitted who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and members of their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry period

Each Sweepstakes runs for one calendar month (the "Entry Period"), beginning at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on the first day of the month and ending at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last day of the month. The applicable dates for the current Sweepstakes are displayed in the Service.

4. How to enter

1. Automatic entry through gameplay (free): Each calendar day during the Entry Period on which an eligible registered player submits a valid pick in the Lowball daily round will earn that player one (1) Sweepstakes entry. A player may earn at most one (1) gameplay entry per calendar day, for a maximum of thirty (30) or thirty-one (31) entries per Entry Period (depending on the length of the month).
2. Bonus entries: Sponsor may award additional entries for streaks or other on-site activity (e.g., a 7-day play streak may earn a small ticket bonus). All bonus mechanics are visible to the player in real time within the Service and are capped per Entry Period to preserve fair odds.
3. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): No purchase is or will ever be required to enter, but if for any reason you are unable to enter through normal gameplay you may obtain one (1) free entry per Entry Period by mailing a 3"×5" card with your full name, address, email address, date of birth, and the entry-period month and year to: Lowball Sweepstakes AMOE, c/o the address provided on request via play@lowball.it. Mail-in entries must be received by the last day of the Entry Period. Limit one mail-in entry per person per Entry Period.

5. Prize

One (1) winner per Entry Period will receive the prize described in the in-app Sweepstakes panel for that month. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The approximate retail value of the prize is disclosed in the in-app Sweepstakes panel.

6. Drawing and odds

Within seven (7) days after the close of each Entry Period the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing among all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via the email address on file.

7. Winner verification

If the selected winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, fails to respond, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these rules, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternate winner.

8. General release

By entering, each entrant releases the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective employees and agents from any liability arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Sweepstakes is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of the Sweepstakes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

11. Winner list

For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope, or email play@lowball.it, within ninety (90) days after the end of the applicable Entry Period.
